At AuraCanva, we provide reliable shipping for our premium canvas art and wall tableaus. We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.
1. Order Processing and Handling
- Order Cut-off Time: 9:00 AM (EST), Monday through Friday.
- Handling Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your purchase is completed.
- Tracking Information: A tracking number will be sent to your email address within 24 hours of the package leaving our Texas distribution center.
2. Shipping Estimates (United States)
For orders within the United States, we provide Free Standard Shipping at no cost ($0.00) to the customer.
- Transit Time: Once your order has been processed, the estimated transit time for delivery is between 2 and 7 business days.
- Total Delivery Time: This is calculated as Handling Time (1–2 days) + Transit Time (2–7 days). Most customers receive their art within less 9 days of purchase.
- Service Area: We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
- Carrier Delays: While we aim for timely delivery, transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasonal volumes.
3. Shipping Carriers
To ensure your premium canvases arrive in perfect condition, we partner with reputable carriers including:
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- UPS
- FedEx
- Specialized Freight Carriers (for oversized 2.50m canvases)
4. International Shipping
We currently focus on serving our US customers with free shipping. If you are ordering from outside the United States, please contact our support team for a custom shipping quote. Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes and customs duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues
- Address Verification: Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. AuraCanva is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
- Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.
- Support: If your tracking status has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact our support team immediately.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We comply with all national shipping regulations. For our extra-large formats (e.g., 2.50m), please ensure your delivery location can accommodate large-scale packages.
